Time the unlock screen stays after 5.1.1 upgrade is 1 SECOND. Is there a setting?

I open the cover and I use to have 2 or 3 seconds to start typing in my pin to unload. After the 5.1.1 upgrade now I open the cover and before I can start entering my pin the screen have gone black again. I have to hit the power or home button again to activate the screen again.

Is there a setting I haven't found as to how long this stays active? I just want a few seconds not one.
